Shipping, Express and Due date

Our standard production time is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase, commencing once full payment is received. Please note, if your requested completion date extends beyond this period, we may adjust your order’s position to accommodate “Express” and “Super” orders, which are prioritized. This adjustment will not affect your requested due date. For any queries, please contact us.  

Please ensure you clearly specify your required date when selecting an express option, as changes cannot be made once confirmed. 

While we strive to meet your specified due date, please understand this is the target date for dispatch, not before.

Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. If your order’s due date falls mid-week, it will still be shipped on one of these days, as we schedule shipments weekly, not by specific dates.

For example, if you select a Tuesday due date, we aim to deliver it by the Friday of that week.

We recommend ordering well ahead of time and allowing at least one extra week for delivery.
