Shipping 

NZ POST & COURIER POST are tasked with collecting your orders and delivering them to you NZ Wide

DHL Express For all Australia & oversea orders 


The following shipping rates apply;

  • Shipping cost

    NZ wide $50
    North island 1-3 working days after the due date you select 
    Rural, Northland & south Island 2-5 working days after the due date

    Australia $140- this is Express option and the only option we offer (Note- we are coving some of the cost to lesson that)
    this is 6-8 days AFTER YOUR SELECTED DUE DATE
    International shipping - USA only $200 this is Express option and the only option we offer 8-12 days 

    Pick Up- we do not offer pick up 

    All shipping costs include postage, packaging and will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated by yourself.

    Our aim is dispatch orders aligned with the date requested in your order. Due to the nature of bespoke pieces, custom orders inevitably take longer and you'll need to refer to product information for specific details. We will email you should there be any signification delays with your order.

    All orders are packed the same way and in the same box

    Key And stand will be packed into the same box

     

    Lead-time & Express Option 

    • NZ ORDERS
      • Standard (6-8 Weeks)
        • Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase and only once payment is received in full,

          Note If the completion date (Date reflected in your order) is beyond the 6-8 weeks lead time, your orders position is at our discretion as we require flexibility to accommodate "express" and "super" orders which have priority. Note that this does not impact the requested due date as this is our target date. Any queries, please connect with us here.
      • Express (4 weeks)

        • 4 week express- if your order fall before or between  the 4-6  week mark then this is the option for you 

      • Super (2 weeks)
        • Super offers priority to the effect of completion of works in 2 weeks or 14 working days 
          2 week express- anything under 4 weeks falls into the 2 week express 2 – 4 weeks only
    • Extreme ( 5 WORKING day turn around)
      • turn around form date of order to in your hands 5 working days later
      • if you order before a Monday we will have the key to you by the Friday.

    • AUSTRALIA ORDERS
      • Standard, please allow shipping turn around after your selected due date 
        - note that the sending date you select for the key will be the date we send the key out of NZ on, YOU must allow extra time for couriers to delivery this after the selected date. if you need it sooner please choice an earlier date or pay an express fee to ensure we can get the key to you in time. Express  shipping from NZ to AUS is 6-8 working days 
      • Note that when ordering with an  express  we will ship your order out on the date selected that matches your express turn around. Please allow shipping after due date

    NOTE: The express options are not faster shipping options. It is a priority service offered to complete your order within a specified timeframe (as above).

     

    Selecting the right DUE DATE For you. 

    When placing your order- you need to allow the shipping turn around after the due date you select. 

    tho we try our best to meet your due date note that this is the date we will aim to send the product out on or by. NOT BEFORE 

    Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Thrusdays each week- if your order due date is for mid week it will still be shipped out on either of these days as we book by Fridays only- If you would like more info on this- just email us ask@beardycurls.co.nz

    IT is recommend to order ahead of time and allow for extra time for your order to arrival at less 1 week ahead of time if you can 

    Shipping Time Frames

    • NZ - Shipping within the north island is classed "overnight" however the noted timeframe for this options is 1-3 days. Note these are general timeframes and can change without notice.
    • South island - 3-4 working days 

     

    • AUS Express - 6-8 working day After the selected date you have required the key for. 
    • World wide - 8-12 working days
    • Shipping is completed by 3rd party vendors (DHL Express ) We have no control or responsibility over their service.
