Production Lead Times
Standard Lead Time (6-8 Weeks):
Our standard production timeframe is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase, starting once full payment is received. If your requested due date falls outside this period, we may adjust your order position to prioritise Express and Super orders. This adjustment will not affect your requested dispatch date. If you have any questions about lead times, please get in touch.
Express Options:
For faster turnaround, we offer:

Express (4 Weeks): For orders needed within 4-6 weeks.

Super (2 Weeks): For orders needed within 2 weeks.

Extreme (5 Working Days): For urgent orders required within 5 working days.
When selecting an express option, please ensure your required date is clearly specified at checkout, as changes cannot be made once confirmed.
Order Due Dates
Please note: The due date you select is the date your order will be sent out, not the date it will arrive.
We ship orders weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If your due date falls mid-week, your order will be shipped on one of these days within that week. For example, if you select a Tuesday due date, your order will be shipped by the Thursday of that week.
We strongly recommend ordering well ahead of your celebration date and allowing at least an extra week for delivery, to ensure your key arrives on time without stress.

Within New Zealand:

Shipping Cost: $50 (includes postage, packaging, and signature on delivery unless otherwise stated)

North Island: 1-3 working days after dispatch

Rural, Northland & South Island: 2-5 working days after dispatch

Shipping Cost: $140 (Express option; we cover part of this cost to keep it affordable)

Please note: We do not offer pick-up options. All orders are packaged consistently, with the key and stand packed together in the same box.

Legal Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to NZ Post or any third-party courier, delivery times and delays are out of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Our responsibility under the Consumer Guarantees Act is to produce and dispatch your order within the agreed timeframe. Delivery is the responsibility of the courier provider.
We recommend selecting a due date that allows for potential courier delays to ensure your item arrives before your event.
If your item is delayed, we can assist by lodging an enquiry with NZ Post, but we cannot provide refunds or compensation for delivery delays once an item has been sent on time.
Additional Notes
We always aim to dispatch your order by the requested due date. However, due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our pieces, some custom orders may require additional time. Specific details are outlined in each product listing. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you via email.
